Considering Tai Chi classes? Spring is a great time to start!
With roots in ancient China, Tai Chi developed as a sophisticated system of low impact movement designed to promote health, energy, and longevity, and as a very effective martial art. Today, Tai Chi practice can provide a powerful antidote to the chronic conditions of fast-paced, overloaded, high-stress modern life.
See what our students have to say.
“I have had chronic lower back pain for 4 years. Within 2 months of starting Tai Chi, I noticed that I am better able to relax my lower back. It is an incredible tool to alleviate my pain.” CB, 44, scientist
“I tend to carry lots of tension – shoulders, neck, back, jaw and hands. Learning Tai Chi at Enso helped me become more aware of that tension and begin to release it. Plus, I just feel better after doing Tai Chi. It really works.” HSW, 34, lawyer, triathlete
“Tai Chi at Enso has been awesome! I have really enjoyed learning the form, feeling and moving my body in new ways.” LF, 50, social scientist
