Our Spring Session starts Tuesday, April 12. We offer classes at two locations and online. Details and class times follow.
11 am – noon Introduction to Tai Chi
Noon – 1 Beginning Tai Chi
11 am – noon Qigong
Noon – 1 pm Beginning Tai Chi
5:30 – 6:30 pm Beginning Tai Chi
Noon – 1 pm Continuing Tai Chi Practice
12-week Fall Session unlimited classes: $275
12-week Fall Session one Tai Chi or Qigong class per week: $175
Introduction to Tai Chi. None
Beginning Tai Chi. Students must first complete Introduction to Tai Chi in person or through our Online Introduction to Tai Chi Course or receive instructor permission.
Continuing Tai Chi Practice. Students must complete at least two 12 week sessions of Beginning Tai Chi or receive instructor permission.
Qigong. Prerequisites: None.

It covers all the material we cover in a live Introduction to Tai Chi course, plus you can use it anywhere you have a broadband connection.
