As many of you know, I have a deep personal and professional interest in helping people improve knee pain.

I know first hand how chronic knee pain slows you down. It limits your life.

After years of high impact sports, multiple knee injuries, and two surgeries, my knees hurt all the time. Knee pain limited my ability to do the things I loved to do. No fun!

Fast-forward to today. My knees feel strong, springy, often pain free. I enjoy an active lifestyle. I attribute much of that progress to Tai Chi.

From that experience, I developed the Tai Chi for Knee Health program.
