Our Summer Session starts Tuesday, July 12. We offer classes at two locations and online. Details and class times follow.
7 am – 8 am Tai Chi Level 3 (Old Yang Style)
11 am – noon Tai Chi Level 1
Noon – 1 Tai Chi Level 2
11 am – noon Qigong Levels 1 and 2
Noon – 1 Tai Chi Level 2
5:45 – 6:45 pm Tai Chi Level 2
Noon – 1 pm Tai Chi Level 3 (Wu Style)
12-weeks unlimited classes: $27512-weeks one Tai Chi or Qigong class per week: $175
Tai Chi Level 1. None
Tai Chi Level 2. Students must first complete Tai Chi Level 1 or our Online Introduction to Tai Chi Course or receive instructor permission.
Tai Chi Level 3. Instructor permission required.
Qigong Level 1. None.
Qigong Level 2. Instructor permission required.
