What a day for Tai Chi in the Park! We enjoyed a beautiful morning last Saturday for Enso’s second Millennium Park session. Over 50 people joined us on the Great Lawn, warming up with Tai Chi Circling Hands then the first four moves of the Wu Style Short Form. Join us next Saturday morning for more Tai Chi in Millennium Park!
Improve your life with Tai Chi and Qigong. As I mentioned in the Park, with practice, these movements can help improve your life in myriad ways, including:
- healing your body and improving how it functions,
- stabilizing emotions,
- clarify thoughts, and
- enhancing your energy.
What’s not to like about that? But, the catch. You do have to practice.
As promised, free Practice Video. To help with that, I have prepared a short practice video reviewing the material covered in Millennium Park Session #2. This video guides you through a practice session of Circling Hands and the first moves of the Wu Style Short Form.
Practice Video #2 – Tai Circling Hands 1 – 5 and Wu Style Short Form Moves 1 – 4
I also include a link to a second short video from my teacher Tai Chi Master Bruce Frantzis, describing the powerful benefits of practicing Tai Chi Circling Hands.
Bonus video – Master Bruce Frantzis and The Power of Tai Chi Circling Hands
See you next Saturday in Millennium Park!
