What a day for Tai Chi in the Park! We enjoyed a beautiful morning of Tai Chi yesterday in Chicago’s fabulous Millennium Park! Over 40 people joined us, warming up with Tai Chi Circling Hands then the first four moves of the Wu Style Short Form. Join us next Saturday morning for more Tai Chi in Millennium Park!
