A unique opportunity to experience the transformative power of Qigong.

Hi Everybody!
Thank you for considering my first-ever Chicago-based Workshop and thanks to my friend Chris Cinnamon of Chicago Tai Chi for inviting me.
I've taught Heaven and Earth Qigong throughout Europe and the US. I consider it a gift from the ancients, passed down over millennia, often in secret, from master to disciple.
Today, thanks to my teacher, Master Bruce Frantzis, we can share Heaven and Earth Qigong and its powerful Internal Practices ("Neigong") to a growing international community of practitioners.
In my Chicago Workshop, along with introducing and refining the physical movements, I'll guide you on how to incorporate successively deeper internal layers into your movements. This will include activating:
• Fascia to release deeply bound tension and generate softness and flow.
• Ligaments to improve joint health and move with fluidity and smoothness.
• Tendons to strengthen the body and generate power with less effort.
Balancing and integrating these Neigong threads will support health and healing, open new depths in your practices, and help you stimulate smooth, balanced, and powerful Qi flows.
Heaven and Earth Qigong bridges the beginning to advanced levels of internal arts training, yielding much more than a powerful form of exercise for health, healing, and relaxation. It is a journey into the systems, substructures, and layers of your body, energy, and mind.
In Chicago, I look forward to guiding you on that journey.
I welcome all experience levels to this Workshop.
New students will learn the movements of the Heaven and Earth Qigong form along with essential Neigong techniques.
More experienced students will receive systematic, in-depth instruction to build and grow their foundation in Neigong.
In-person space is limited. Register now to secure your place.
For those who wish to join virtually, we'll have plenty of room on Zoom.
For questions about the Workshop, you can reach Chris Cinnamon at chris@chicagotaichi.org
Looking forward to seeing you in October!

"Paul reveals the layers of Heaven and Earth in ways where all levels of students benefit. He also explains both Eastern and Western anatomy in a practical way and relates it back to the practice”
- Pradeep G., MD, MPH.
The sensation of energy was effective, the guiding was excellent, and the humour of Paul was what I liked best about the course. My practice has improved enormously, as I have entered into the sensation of Qi and it is a huge difference from before where I was doing the movements almost mechanistically”.
- Valerie H.B.
“Paul’s teaching is amazing. He breaks down the complicated to make it easy”!
- Graham B., DO
“Paul always exceeds expectations. Even over Zoom his observations are spot on and his corrections insightful”.
- Oliver R.
"Paul’s teaching is world-class...the content taught was profound and Paul’s ability to convey, explain and order the information into a coherent progression through the retreat is a special skill in itself.”
- Mir A.
“Paul adheres to the principles of separate and combine. So he breaks down everything he teaches and then reconstructs.... this format allows one to better understand the journey and what experiences may occur in the future as we progress with our training.”
- JB, DO.
