Classes Begin April 15
The bad news: Falling is the #1 cause of injury for adults 65+.
The good news: Falls are preventable. And Tai Chi is the #1 exercise for improving balance and stability in older adults, recommended by doctors nationwide.
Join us this April to build the stability, strength, and confidence you need to stay on your feet and avoid falls.

Falling is the #1 cause of injury for adults 65+.
Falls send 3 million adults to emergency room each year and are leading cause of injury and loss of independence.
Injuries from falls include fractured wrists, broken hips, cracked skulls, concussions, sprains, strains, cuts, and bruises.
Yet falls are preventable.
Leading medical authorities, including the CDC, Harvard Medical School, and the Mayo Clinic, recognize Tai Chi as the #1 exercise for preventing falls.
In this 10-week Tai Chi for Balance Course Level 1 Course, you’ll:
• Strengthen Your Legs and Hips
• Develop Whole Body Awareness
• Improve Posture
• Learn Practical Strategies for Avoiding Falls
With Tai Chi for Balance Training, you'll build strength, stability, and confidence in your ability to move safely and comfortably.
