Celebrating Our Chicago Tai Chi Students— The First Time Through the Form

Celebrating Our Chicago Tai Chi Students

First Time Through the Wu Style Short Form

At Chicago Tai Chi, we love to celebrate our students' progress.

One important milestone we mark is a student's first time through the entire 27 Move Wu Style Short Form.

Completing an authentic Tai Chi form reflects a student's commitment, consistent class attendance and practice, and enjoyment of the sophisticated, low-impact movements of Tai Chi.

A wonderful moment on the Wellness Path to pause and celebrate.

This week, Chicago Tai Chi Members Bernie and Ellen achieved that milestone during our Online Short Form Level 3 Class.

Celebrating a Tai Chi Milestone— The First Time through the Form

After class, Bernie remarked,

"Learning a Tai Chi form has been a goal of mine for a long time. I have a wonderful feeling of accomplishment in completing the form for the first time. I'm excited to share the news with my friends and family."

"I'm looking forward to practicing Tai Chi on South Shore Beach."

"Thank you Chris and Annelise!"

Ellen said,

"It's very satisfying to complete the Short Form for the first time, a great sense of accomplishment. The whole is indeed greater than the sum of the parts."

"Practicing Tai Chi has become part of my morning routine. It's a great way to get ready for my day."

"I really enjoy the classes and sense of community at Chicago Tai Chi. Chris is a terrific and patient instructor."

Thanks to Bernie and Ellen for your dedication, positive energy, and love of Tai Chi!

From the entire Tai Chi Community—

Congratulations on your First Time Through the Form!
