5 Reasons to Learn Tai Chi

"Why should I learn Tai Chi?"

A fair question.

You have lots of choices on how you spend your moments in life. Why spend any of those moments learning Tai Chi?

For an answer to that questions, today's WPW turns to Larry Friedman, Ph.D.

Larry is marking his 10th year of training at Chicago Tai Chi. In the past decade, he's accumulated 1000's of hours of instruction and practice. He's also a really smart, thoughtful guy.

So he's an excellent resource to help explore our question.

I recently interviewed Larry to gain his insight into why he started Tai Chi, and what keeps him coming back to Tai Chi.

His comments provide wonderful inspiration for anyone considering learning Tai Chi.

Including 5 very good reasons to start Tai Chi.
